CLASS 10 • Yoga for Abs
30 minutes of focusing on your Buddha belly and this sacred place of home and center from which all the limbs reach and respond. Mixed in are some reclining twists and bridges so we create relief and release while strengthening. Les Leventhal Yoga is a Vinyasa/Flow practice. This video gives you an amazing opportunity to connect or reconnect and reclaim your body and spirit through yoga. Classes are accessible for all levels.
